We use the best technology on the market to help us constantly monitor your devices and flag up any issues immediately so we can take a look straight away.

Secondly we ensure that all of your systems are kept secure with the latest security patches and updates, including system reboots outs of hours (2am on Sunday is a busy time at Geeks!)


We also send out monthly hardware lifecycle reports which highlights the replacement status of all your devices under our support.
