The Role

Key Tasks

  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of Computer Geeks, the service offerings and the marketplace we operate within in order to have valuable conversations with prospects.
  • Drive new logo acquisition through outbound activity (phone calls, emails, social channels and your own creative methods).
  • Work with inbound and outbound leads to consistently achieve a monthly lead qualification quota.
  • Work as part of a selling team with a focus on initial relationship development.
  • Use effective sales techniques to uncover customer needs that can be addressed through Computer Geeks’ solutions.
  • Articulate the benefits of using Computer Geeks’ solutions to prospective customers.
  • Maintain high performance against call, email and contact metrics.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to influence, design and partake in targeted outbound AIDA campaigns.

You will be responsible for uncovering outbound sales opportunities and qualifying both inbound and outbound leads in support for Computer Geeks’ exciting growth curve.

  • You will report to and work closely with the Managing Director and Non-Exec Director, learning solution-selling skills to underpin your formal training.
