We use Proactive Endpoint Management software to give us a complete and constant overview of your IT and are able to deal with any problems that may arise. We also regularly review your management plan and develop technical strategies to cope with expansion or new commitments.
Managing your IT means we have to be proactive as well as reactive, so we’ll make sure we fix any glitches before they affect your business. Our monitoring operation runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and we are connected remotely to all your equipment and devices, so if there’s a fault – we are alerted. If your server develops a problem, for example, we get to it and fix it before it causes you any difficulty. All our monitoring systems are 100% secure, so safety and confidentiality is guaranteed.
We also complete regular checks of your IT equipment, as well as ensuring all the latest updates are loaded and installed and that your devices are running as efficiently as possible.
Your IT manager is on hand to help you
A senior member of the Computer Geeks team will act as your very own IT manager and coordinate this process on your behalf. Your IT manager will be familiar with every aspect of your systems and be on hand whenever you need them for an update or advice.
