Nick, our Managing Director, graduated with a 2:1 degree in Computer Science from the University of Bristol. He’s a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Windows Server 2016 (MCSA), and a professional member of the Bristol Computer Society (MBCS).
Nick founded Computer Geeks in 2008 with a mission to provide truly professional high-quality IT services. His ambition was to build a business where there was, at its centre, a business deeply ingrained with skills and enthusiasm for technology.
He created a company that deeply understands and aligns to the goals, values and ambitions of its clients and one that always provides a human, friendly and professional service.
Nick’s belief is that that IT is a pillar for business growth – and embracing technology is the way forward.

Matt has worked in IT for over 20 years. He started out as an IT engineer and worked his way through to the position of senior engineer. Matt moved into the managed service industry 10 years ago and took his first role in management in 2008.
Matt has worked for a number of Managed Service Providers and still enjoys the thrill of delivering excellence to clients. He’s ITIL certified, is Head of Operations at Computer Geeks and his main responsibilities are for overseeing all of our service contracts and making sure our clients are happy with the service that they are receiving.
Matt really enjoys providing outstanding customer service to a very high standard that he would be pleased to receive myself. He relishes turning around any challenges faced and enjoys motivating the Geeks team to ensure that they all excel and develop in their roles.
James is a Microsoft-Certified Professional with over 13 years’ experience in the IT industry primarily in Windows server support. He spent seven years delivering IT support to schools before joining Geeks.
As Computer Geeks’ Infrastructure Consultant, James has responsibility and provides expert specialism in servers and networking solutions for our clients.
James really enjoys successful delivery of new plans that our clients have, and getting stuck into challenging projects while providing excellent customer service in his day to day activities.
Alex is a Microsoft Certified Professional with Office 365 MCSA certification. He joined Computer Geeks with a background as a residential IT support engineer from London.
As Project Delivery Engineer at Computer Geeks, Alex is responsible for Office 365 migrations and server infrastructure replacements and upgrades. He also deals enjoys projects such as implementing different technologies on site and training our clients about how to use them.
Alex really enjoys planning and delivering all projects that he gets involved in. He loves to work in a professional manner, always to the best of his ability to ensure that both the client and the company are happy.
Lennon is a highly experienced, expert IT professional with a background in large-scale multi-server environments. He’s qualified as a BTEC ND IT Practitioner and holds an HND in Information Technology (Software).
He built his professional career in educational IT, ensuring that everything from Student Information Management Systems, Interactive Whiteboards and Examinations software all worked seamlessly. In the year before joining Computer Geeks, he was part of a team responsible for moving every school in the Local Authority to a cloud-based system from Microsoft called Live@Edu. This programme formed the basis of Microsoft Office 365 and as such, Lennon has helped transition nearly 100 schools and business both large and small to the cloud to date.
As Project Delivery specialist for Computer Geeks his main responsibilities include consulting with clients and implementing the latest cloud technologies, systems integration which make our clients existing systems talk to each other intelligently, and implementing Automation projects for our clients. Lennon really enjoys taking complex topics and explaining them in a concise, easy to understand manner.
Lennon has a passion for explaining and demystifying technology and helping our clients understand technology’s benefits. He loves to introduce new technologies to our clients and help them bring their ideas to life; guiding them through the jargon and systems-speak to help create, build and implement systems that fits their requirements and meets their business needs for years to come.
Ian joined the Geeks team in 2018, bringing with him a wealth of experience in Telemarketing and Business Development. He’s worked in industries such as IT, telecoms, security, document management and financial services.
As Client Engagement Executive for Computer Geeks, Ian is in charge of business development and relationship building with potential customers. He’s passionate about customer service and loves building rapport with contacts over the phone or via LinkedIn.
Ian is an enthusiastic, positive, and friendly member of the team, who really enjoys helping resolve questions that customers have about our business.
Ian is married with four children and in his spare time enjoys music and being a DJ, which has included spinning the decks at several music festivals including Glastonbury and Yeo Valley.
Rob is passionate about IT and technology and holds a degree in Forensic Computing from the University of the West of England, and is MCSA certified. Since graduating, he’s worked in the IT Managed Services Industry and has progressed over the past eight years through the various tiers of front-line support, project and account management, now specialising in IT technical sales.
Rob is our Technical Sales Consultant. He’s involved in all aspects of the sales process. He enjoys meeting with our prospective clients; understanding their requirements and discussing the right solutions for them.
Rob supports our MD Nick, preparing proposals and quotes when required. He also keeps his finger on the pulse of new developments within the IT industry ensuring that Geeks keep updated about new IT solutions and services.
Rob is an enthusiastic advocate about the benefits the right IT solutions can provide for our client’s businesses, and he really enjoys seeing the transformations to our client’s businesses after helping them to introduce the right changes.
Brendon joined Computer Geeks after working for 17 years at HP and their Enterprise Managed Services division. He has A+, N+ and an ITIL Foundation certificate, combined with a lot of real-world skills and experience that’s of huge benefit to our team.
As Senior Support Engineer, Brendon deals with the more complex enquiries and support required for our clients and he also helps to support the junior members of our team. Brendon ensures that our SLA’s are honoured and he enjoys dealing with enquiries and support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
He really enjoys providing a great service, providing attention to detail and going that extra mile to keep our clients happy. He also really enjoys being part of the fast-paced IT industry that is ever changing.
James joined Computer Geeks after a career in the military working in IT within NATO. He moved into the commercial world to further his IT experience and refine his IT skills.
James’ ITIL Foundation and ITIL Continual Service Improvement (CSI) helps him to maintain a solid working practice and continually improve ways of working within the team.
As Senior Support Engineer at Computer Geeks, James enjoys supporting the junior members of the service desk, resolving escalated tickets, maintaining backups and providing on-site assistance to our clients.
He really enjoys overcoming complicated IT challenges that would otherwise prevent our client’s businesses from functioning at their peak performance.
Gregg is passionate about technology and all things IT related – he’s a achieved a degree in Forensic Computing, and joined Computer Geeks as a graduate. Gregg has experience within the NHS working on patient record systems and computer programming.
In his role as Senior Engineer at Computer Geeks he provides second line support and ensures that all our customers receive first-rate customer service.
He really enjoys the challenge of the day to day calls and takes a great sense of accomplishment in completing and resolving any challenge he undertakes.
Frank studied for three years in the City of Bristol College achieving a NVQ2 in PC servicing and networking and has a Level 3 National Diploma as an IT practitioner. He’s also completed the Microsoft Digital Literacy certificate.
As Level 1 IT Support Engineer at Computer Geeks, Frank’s main responsibility is to provide support to Computer Geeks clients. He prides himself on excellent communication and making sure our clients are satisfied with the support they received. Frank enjoys learning and the challenges that each day brings, and since joining the team, he can now successfully navigate around an entire IT infrastructure with ease.
Frank loves being part of the Geeks team and enjoys talking to customers; - to know that someone had a pleasant experience and was comfortable throughout the whole process drives him on to provide the very best service possible.
Ollie is currently studying towards his Masters in IT and also holds several IT qualifications including ITIL, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+. His previous roles include being an IT apprentice at I-RAS Solutions and an IT Technician at PureComms.
As IT Support Technician at Computer Geeks, Ollie helps customers with any issues that happen in day to day business. His main responsibility is to resolve problems as soon as possible, so businesses can carry on running as normal.
Ollie is passionate about excellent customer service. He will try and resolve any difficulties for customers during their first call to the support desk. He works as part of the senior support team to make sure all calls are resolved and sorted for our customers as soon as possible.
Ollie is really interested in cloud computing, and is studying it in depth at University. He’s also fascinated with the development of quantum computing and what it means for the future of IT. Ollie enjoys the variety that working at Computer Geeks, with no two calls or two days being the same.
Patrick has a degree in Computing from the University of the West of England. Prior to joining Geeks, he spent six months working for an IT company in New Zealand supporting local businesses and customers. Patrick’s also previously been a Field Technical Engineer at an educational IT company in the UK, which involved travelling to schools offering IT support.
As one of our First Line Support Engineers, Patrick’s main responsibility is to provide support to Computer Geeks clients. He’ll be working within our team to resolve any day to day issues our customers may have. He prides himself on providing excellent client communications and making sure that our clients are completely satisfied with the support that they have received.
Patrick enjoys learning new things and testing his IT knowledge and abilities; as well as providing a great customer experience for our clients.
Jim has been very interested in technology throughout his life and achieved a BTEC GCSE IT and Double Distinction in BTEC Level 3 IT.
As an Apprentice Support Engineer at Computer Geeks, Jim’s main responsibilities include triaging tickets, answering help desk calls, logging tickets, prioritising them and getting all the information required to enable our engineers to quickly and efficiently resolve any problems. Jim also helps our clients with basic troubleshooting steps, and keeps our clients updated about the progress of any issues that they may have.
Jim enjoys helping our customers and provides a friendly, professional service. He loves fixing and preventing problems from occurring again. Jim also thrives on troubleshooting issues that haven't been encountered before, and is always learning about new solutions in order to provide the best service possible to our clients.
Colman started out as a developer when screens were green and computers filled rooms. Over the years he’s progressed through various IT roles, including Project Management and IT Management.
He currently wears a number of hats related to web design, development, hosting and marketing. He’s a PRINCE2 qualified project manager, and has many years of experience working with website design and hosting on a number of underlying platforms.
As web support specialist at Computer Geeks Colman enjoys taking care of our website hosting, security, maintenance, and support for any issues that require development skills. Colman loves to find the perfect solution to keep customers happy and enjoys working as part of the Geeks team.
Zak is passionate about IT and technology and graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc Electronic Engineering and Computer Science degree.
Zak, in his role as Finance Administrator, has been with the team at Computer Geeks for over six years, and helps to drive forward the adoption of our internal processes geared towards automation and scalability.
Zak’s responsibilities include introducing automation and integration of admin and accounting platforms. He manages our day to day bookkeeping and accounting queries. Zak really enjoys converting manual to automatic processes, in order to help us to run as efficiently as possible.
