Computer Geeks Acquired By Technology Services Group
Following our acquisition by TSG, things are positive here at Computer Geeks. Our family has grown, and we’re happy to be joining #TeamTSG and even happier that we can give you, our customers, even more value. You will gain access to valuable benefits like the TSG Academy, where you and your team can learn more about the technologies you use.
This partnership enhances our managed services platform, strengthens cyber security offerings, and you now have more experts to help you out. So, what does this change mean for you? Our Bristol office will remain open and will function as a hub for clients in the Southwest, it compliments TSG’s four other offices: Newcastle, Glasgow, London, and Aylesbury.
The Geeks our customers already work with will be staying on board for this journey and are all very excited to be a part of a much bigger team. You may meet some new faces as our journey continues, and collectively we are still dedicated to giving you the excellent service you deserve.
Nick Richards, Managing Director at Computer Geeks comments on the deal:
“I always imagined if we were to move ahead with an acquisition of Computer Geeks, it would be a trade sale to a larger player in our industry with strong customer service, and that’s what’s happened. Computer Geeks is now part of TSG, a leading national MSP with a strong reputation for service excellence.
The acquisition took place at the end of Q1 2025 and, while it’s been a significant transition, it’s been overwhelmingly positive.
TSG has been great to work with — they share our values, care about doing right by clients, and have a team that really gets it. There’s a lot of alignment in how we work, plus some new capabilities (like their Dynamics practice and the TSG Academy) that are already proving valuable.
I’m still here, helping with the transition and making sure things stay smooth for our clients and team. Change always comes with its challenges, but I’m feeling good about where we’re headed.
Building Computer Geeks has been the defining focus of my career up until this point, and this change brings about lots of options for the next chapter, including working with TSG more.”
