Matt has over 20 year’s experience within IT with the last 10 years being in the Managed Services industry. Matt’s focus at Computer Geeks is to deliver a consistent high level of customer satisfaction and is responsible for the Service Desk and Project teams as well as all operational matters.
Matt’s passion is delivering a service that he would be proud to receive himself and striving for team excellence.
Technical ConsultantJames Bright is an IT Consultant with a specialism in Microsoft architecture. James is responsible at a senior level for design and implementation of server-based-networks and delivering IT consultancy for a number of clients around the UK.
Project Delivery EngineerAlex has been working in IT Support since 2010 at 1st/2nd Line level.
Having spent 4 years in London, he decided to relocate to Bristol for a better lifestyle and joined Computer Geeks in 2016.
Always positive and friendly, Alex is a fantastic addition to the team.
Technical ConsultantLennon Rich is an IT Consultant with a specialism in Cloud Technologies (including Office 365, Managed Hosting and WordPress). Lennon is responsible at a senior level for the planning, delivery and support of Cloud Services consultancy for a number of clients around the UK.

Client Engagement ExecutiveIan joined the Geeks team in 2018 bringing with him a wealth of experience in Telemarketing and Business Development. He’s worked in industries such as IT, Telecoms, Security, Document Management and Financial Services.
As Client Engagement Executive for Computer Geeks, Ian is responsible for business development and relationship building with our potential customers. Ian is passionate about excellent customer service and enjoys establishing rapport with contacts over the phone and via LinkedIn.
Ian is an enthusiastic, positive, and friendly member of the team, who really enjoys developing business relationships and helping resolve questions that contacts may have about our business.
Ian is married with four amazing children and in his spare time enjoys music and being a DJ, which has included spinning the decks at several music festivals including Glastonbury and Yeo Valley.
James Cowell BSc (Hons) Business Management
MarketingJames enables the Marketing and Business Development functions of the business, having worked 15 years in various companies in Bristol and the South West.
Social Media ManagerSarah Coward has over 15 years of marketing experience gained in both public and private sectors. She’s worked in senior marketing roles for various organisations in the South West including The Bristol Evening Post, Alexandra Plc, the University of the West of England and Bristol Zoo Gardens.
Sarah is a direct and digital senior marketing professional who runs her own digital marketing service SLC Digital Marketing. A talented copywriter, content creator, web-editor, proof-reader and a highly proficient social media digital marketer.
From e-mail marketing, website creation and evaluation, to direct and database marketing, Sarah is an all-rounder who loves the challenge of making projects come together from concept to fruition.
Sarah qualified from the University of the West of England with a BA Hons in English Literature and has a Diploma in Direct Marketing. Her knowledge and experience of both direct and digital marketing, brings a wealth of expertise to Computer Geeks as she supports the business as a freelance social media manager.
Service Desk Team
Senior Support EngineerBrendon Wilson has over 25 years experience in IT systems and support.
Brendon is responsible for delivering 2nd-line technical support with a specialism in Windows Servers and Networks.
Senior Support EngineerAn accomplished IT Support Engineer with a background in IT support up to 3rd line, working closely alongside several global organisations. A broad range of IT technology experience and a robust understanding of IT Infrastructure and environments.
James became a civilian in 2018 and joined Computer Geeks after several years in a military IT position.
Senior Support EngineerGregg Gold is an IT Support Technician with a front-line responsibility within the Helpdesk.
Gregg is responsible for delivering effective reactive expertise to our entire customer base, with a specialism in Threat Protection and Desktop Support.
IT Support EngineerFrank support the 1st line support functions of the business.
IT Support TechnicianOllie is currently studying towards his Masters in IT and also holds several IT qualifications including ITIL, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+. His previous roles include being an IT apprentice at I-RAS Solutions and an IT Technician at PureComms where he worked for two and a half years.
As IT Support Technician at Computer Geeks, Ollie assist’s customers with any IT related issues that occur in the course of their day to day business. His main responsibility in the team is to resolve any problems as soon as possible so our customers businesses can carry on running as normal.
Ollie is passionate about providing excellent customer service. He will try and resolve any difficulties for customers upon their first call to the support desk, and works as part of the senior support team to make sure all calls are resolved and sorted for our customers as soon as possible.
Ollie is really interested in Cloud Computing and the direction it’s heading in and is studying cloud computing in depth at University. He’s also fascinated with the development of Quantum computing and what it means for the future of computing. Ollie enjoys the variety that working at Computer Geeks with no two calls or two days being the same.
Junior IT Support EngineerConnor supports the IT Support functions of the business.
Connor is studying Computer Science at Bristol University.
Apprentice Support EngineerJim has been very interested in technology throughout his life and achieved a BTEC GCSE IT and Double Distinction in BTEC Level 3 IT.
As an Apprentice Support Engineer at Computer Geeks, Jim’s main responsibilities include triaging tickets, answering help desk calls, logging tickets, prioritising them and getting all the information required to enable our engineers to quickly and efficiently resolve any problems. Jim also helps our clients with basic troubleshooting steps, and keeps our clients updated about the progress of any issues that they may have.
Jim enjoys helping our clients and provides a friendly, professional service. Jim enjoys fixing problems, whilst also helping to prevent the problem from occurring in the future and keeping client’s informed. Jim also enjoys troubleshooting new issues which haven’t been encountered before, and is very keen to learn about new solutions and how to provide the best service possible to our clients.
IT AssistantMaxwell is an active Bristol University Computer Science student interning at Computer Geeks. Max is working with the Senior Management team to improve internal process.
Finance AdministratorZak has successfully completed his BSc at Bristol University studying Computer Science. With a degree-certified background in Computer Science, Zak automates and executes all of our billing with a focus on using SMART technology to minimise human input and error.
